| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |
| How much is my shipping? |
| |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
| How do I return my product? |

Please contact customer service via email at CustomerService@RexRegina.com regarding the reason for the return and to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning your products to RexRegina.

| I received the wrong product. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at CustomerService@RexRegina.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. We're committed to your satisfaction, and will work to quickly resolve any errors. |
| What is your return policy? |

RexRegina accepts returns of unused items by mail within 15 days from the date of shipment. In order to be credited for a refund, items must be returned as follows:
1) Complete 2) In good condition 3) In original box (whenever possible) 4) Accompanied by the original packing slip.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returns by Mail: RexRegina accepts returns of unused items purchased online. Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be made by mail. Items must be returned and a new order should then be placed.
Items should be securely packed in the original box, if possible. Please enclose the original packing slip with the items and retain a copy of the packing slip for your records. If you are unable to include the packing slip, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item.
Packages should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number. All items should be addressed to:

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns.
You can expect a credit to the original form of payment within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Gift returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product. |

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
